Today, Mars, Incorporated (“Mars”) announced the successful acquisition of Heska. On April 3, 2023, both companies announced that they had reached a definitive agreement for the acquisition of Heska for $120.00 per share. Heska is now part of Mars Petcare’s Science & Diagnostics division. This will help improve diagnostics, technology, and research and development, while helping to expand access to pet health solutions around the world.

Mars has acquired Heska, a global provider of advanced veterinary diagnostic and specialty applications. Heska is set to become part of Mars Petcare’s Science & Diagnostics division in an effort to expand access to diagnostics and technology and drive R&D and innovation, with the goal of better serving more veterinarians and pets.
