easyVET Supporter (m/w/d)

We are seeking an easyVET supporter who was born to help and can assist veterinary practices and clinics in their daily work with easyVET.

Join our support team on a full-time, unlimited contract basis, starting as soon as possible. You’ll work in our head office in Isernhagen near Hanover.

What you can look forward to:

  • As part of our support team, you’ll support German and foreign customers in veterinary practices, clinics, and university departments.
  • Your core task? Offering phone support, answering questions (from simple to complex) about using our products. Your main focus is on our easyVET practice management program.
  • After a thorough onboarding process, you’ll become one of our support experts. If necessary, and if you’re interested, you’ll take charge of targeted training of small and larger user groups at their locations.
  • You’ll also benefit from great personal development opportunities. You can support our customers with technical issues or at the operating-system level, including configuring, installing, and administration of Windows servers.
  • We go beyond standard solutions and without a strong separation of first, second, and third-level support. So you can make independent, personal contributions, find solutions, and explain things in your own words.
  • Around every 10 weeks on a rolling basis, you’ll take on our emergency support service outside business hours and on the weekend. This means you’re on call for phone support.

  • Your IT affinity means you quickly get to grips with new software products.
  • Independent, organized working is in your DNA.
  • Whether on the phone in Isernhagen or in the field in veterinary practices and clinics – you always listen to our customers’ concerns.
  • You enjoy speaking to customers on the phone in English. You also speak French or Dutch? Let us know!
  • Ideally, you’re a veterinary assistant or practice manager with plenty of experience working with easyVET, and you’re familiar with day-to-day work in a practice or clinic. Or maybe you come from another background, for example sales, medicine or tourism?
